Saash Behnam has been teaching Yoga for 15 years and has studied with students of Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga yoga Mysore Style and Indian Traditional Yoga in India. Benham’s unique style allows you the space and time to feel to trust and and healing. His breathing techniques and meditation will leave you with a sense of calm and inner joy. You will also find your Body type or dosha according to Ayurveda teaching which help you to know how to behave to your body to prevent disease and maintain health .
Michelle Varchione has been teaching Yoga for 10 years and also has a background in PT and fitness. Michelle will encourage you to try things you may have thought your body couldn’t do. The practice is dynamic however suitable for all levels. Arrive with an open mind and witness the bodies possibilities.
Sheyda Ghaffari Sheyda is an Istanbul based yoga instructor.
She has studied different styles of yoga and dance alongside chi gung, classical music and visual arts.
She loves to creat a unique experience for each session, using her own and the student’s knowledge and experience.
